I know today’s recipe radar is a tad specific – but I made those Spanakopita Bites above for New Year’s, so I’ve been looking for delicious appetizers to use up the leftover phyllo dough!
So these are what I found: Goat Cheese Purses, Veggie Pockets, and Baked Brie.
The spanakopita bites were awesome – and they were super easy to make. However, I only had a regular muffin tray and they were on the larger side, so I would definitely recommend the mini muffin trays instead.
