Materials: FAKTUM wall cabinet, FAKTUM legs, SIGNUM cable outlet kit, PERFEKT SOLÄR plinth Description: So, moving in to my new apartment made me realize just how much stuff I had and how little extra space I actually had available. Therefore I had a little brainstorming session, and this is what I came up with. Instead of using a normal media furniture (I couldn’t find any that wasn’t super-expensive), I decided to use the FAKTUM wall cabinet made for kitchens.

Materials: IKEA bookshelf, jeans, acrylic paints, nails, decoupage cards, old rack, yarn, glue, finish Description: This is most favorite piece of furniture in my apartment. I spent over two months to transform ordinary used IKEA bookshelf to a funny entry furniture. I named it “Road trip”.

Ok I know this is not a kitchen blog, but this design is so smart I just couldn’t pass up on sharing it with you. Called the Accordion Folding Cook Table, this modular counter is perfect for small kitchens. What I wouldn’t have given to have this in my first apartment!
The Accordion Folding Cool Table features triangle drawers the pop out from its folds, as well as sliding counter tops and additional drawers on each side. The drawer covers cane be rotated and used as prep boards! When you’re done preparing the meal, simply pull up a few stools and you’re ready to go! Simple but brilliant in my opinion. Stacking chairs is so yesterday. Why not build them inside each other? Zanic Design did just that with their Silla Guarda inside-out collection
