Extendable Table by Vidame Creation

This Extension Table  by Vidame Creation  is a pretty cool concept. It looks like an ordinary table, but it’s made of small slats of wood (or Corian) that open up and close through a mechanism that turns the individual pieces on their sides to expand the tabletop – like pushing over a row of dominoes.

Bottom-up Billy

Materials: BILLY height extension unit, BILLY wall shelf, veneer strips, stain Description: I needed horizontal wall cabinets that would run the length of the wall and give me all the space I wanted without compromising on style. So I took a few store-bought IKEA items and turned them into a one-of-a-kind fully customized shelf unit.

Movable laptop desk

Linda hacks together a mobile laptop desk. She didn’t provide the names but I think the base is a Besta height extension unit . The shelf is supported by Capita legs . Linda says, “I have a laptop computer with a battery out of order, a subwoofer and external hard disk
