German designer and recent grad Christian Kayser ‘s work focuses on the idea of synergy, using gravity and weight to determine the final shapes. The stool, made of a wooden frame connected by flexible steel batons, changes shape when the user sits on it, creating a symbiotic relationship between the user and the object. Similar to the stool, the weight of this table also puts pressure on its legs, which are help together by a wire.
