Flex by Ak47 design holds your firewood in the winter and your beach novels in the summer. Despite its namesake and although it appears flexible, Flex is made from a sheet of hardened steel. It can be changed into varying shapes through changing a series of connecting screws.

A special thanks to DWR for inviting me to be a part of their 111 Navy Chairs project where I — along with 110 others — answered some questions and made a silly doodle of me in my favorite chair — the Eames Lounge and Ottoman. You can check out all the doodles here as they go up a few each day until all 111 responses are live! It’s so fun to see everyone’s doodled self-portrait in their favorite chair! Do you think my doodled self looks like me? Miss_you is a chair designed by Marco Piva for Pedrali produced by molding two-colored polycarbonate. The contrast between the opaque color of the line of the chair’s backrest and legs, together with the transparency and lightness of the structure, emphasizes the design of Miss_you.

My brother sent me a link to this product and I thought it was really cool. It’s a super duper gift for your non-crafty friend or family member, or for you to make everyone pillows as gifts this year! The Shirt 2 Pillow Transformer makes any shirt into a pillow without the need for a needle and thread. Great for people like me who grabs for a safety pin when a button falls off my sweater.
