Combining a mixture of eastern and western, The New Old Light is much like Taiwan, the location of the fixture’s designers, KIMU Design . The simple shape of the traditional paper lantern with the more modern and industrial form of the fixture itself, blend styles and aesthetics to create a fixture that could work with everyone’s decor.

Pushpin Cork is a playful design by Kenyon Yeh that offers double duty. Designed for the Taiwan-based firmĀ COOIMA , the multifunctional cork piece works as both a stool and a side table and will add a bit of quirk and fun to any space. The flexible piece allows you to sit on the smaller surface side or flip it over and use the larger one for a table. Yeh was inspired by your basic pushpin and wall corkboard, which obviously go together. So he combined the two and increased the scale to create the giant pushpin-shaped piece that it is today.
