Fabrica designers Charlotte Juillard and David Raffoul designed a system of custom display items for the newly remodeled United Colors of Benetton Miami flagship store called Table in Wonderland . The pastel-colored pieces reference Miami’s buildings with their Art Deco colors and forms. Debuting during the most recent Design Miami / Art Base l in December 2012, the collection will be used to display apparel and accessories in the store. The modular shaped pieces can fit together in a variety of ways making them look like the cityscape they’re inspired by. I know they’re made for the store, but I think they would look cool in a house setting, don’t you

The Etsy shop, CRESUS artisanat , run by Japan-based artist Haruhi, is a needlepoint and knitting wonderland. Between the coasters, bags, rugs and clothing, there isn’t an item you can say isn’t entirely unique and creative. Oh, to have one ounce of talent that Haruhi has! At Salone , Studio Jo Meesters presented its new project entitled Aurelia Eichhornia, a series of lamps developed specifically for the presentation of Leolux during Salone where the Dutch furniture company exhibited its new collection. The presentation was set up like Alice in Wonderland meets an underwater world with oversized water lilies and colorful floral carpets also created by Studio Jo Meesters. Inspired by water plants and jellyfish, the Aurelia Eichhornia lights feature a knitted textile surrounding a glass pendant.
